One of the most common questions I get is: how often should I really be getting facials?

And the answer is, it depends on your skin, your goals, and how consistent you want your results to be.

But if you’re looking for real, visible improvement in your skin (not just a temporary glow), consistency is what makes the difference.



The General Rule

For most clients, a facial every 4–6 weeks is ideal.

Your skin naturally goes through a renewal cycle, and keeping up with regular treatments allows us to:

  • maintain clear pores

  • improve texture

  • keep your skin balanced and hydrated

It’s not about overdoing it, it's about staying consistent so your skin never has to “start over.”



If You’re Working on Specific Concerns

If you’re dealing with things like acne, congestion, or uneven texture, you may benefit from coming in a little more regularly at first.

This allows us to stay ahead of your skin and make progress faster, instead of trying to correct everything in one appointment.

Once your skin improves, we can move into a maintenance routine.
