Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of services. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows may be charged a fee and may require a deposit to book future appointments. We value your time and ours, and appreciate your understanding.
Client Conduct Policy
At Crystal Skin Studios, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients. Any form of disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if this occurs.
